Breakfast: You are invited to the ILTA Bistro, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. in Pinyon Ballroom 3 & 5 - where you will enjoy hot and cold breakfast buffets. The breakfast tables will be arranged in sections identified as ILTA’s regions so that attendees have the opportunity to visit with their neighbors. At breakfast, you can review The ILTA Globe, our daily newsletter, where we'll keep you posted on schedule changes and items of interest.

Lunch: Also located in the ILTA Bistro, Monday through Thursday.

Breaks: There are hot and cold drinks and snacks available between sessions, on Monday in the Conference Center Level 3 Foyer - and in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday through Thursday. Your conference badge is required.

Onsite Restaurants and Bars: There are many resort restaurants and bars with great food, reasonable prices and a wide range of hours of operation. See the resort dining guide for details. Room Service is open 24 hours.

Vegetarian or Kosher Meals: Special meals are available (and we don't mean, "Just eat the salad and veggies on the buffet!"). Please identify to the serving staff that you require a special meal, and they will provide one to you. If you have any difficulty, just find an ILTA staffer for assistance.

Low-carb options have been built into most meals and breaks.

  • Sunday: The Opening Reception is set for 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the Conference Center Foyers with light snacks.
  • Monday: The Exhibit Hall Opening Reception is set for 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall (Bristlecone Exhibit Hall) with light snacks.
  • Tuesday: Dinner and Evening Networking Event - 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. in the Pinyon Ballroom - full dinner.
  • Wednesday: Evening on your own.
  • Thursday: Dinner and Evening Networking Event - 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. in the Pinyon Ballroom - full dinner
