Registration Info

REGISTRATION FEE: The conference registration fee of $1,025 covers all meals except Wednesday evening (please note that some events indicate that hors d'oeuvres are served), networking events, admission to all educational sessions and the Exhibit Hall for the duration of the conference. Please note that a $200 late fee is effective July 16, 2010. 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Your credit card will be charged one night room and taxes as soon as you complete the reservation process. This is refundable if you cancel the room at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival date.
The room rate of $119 per night plus tax and a $2 daily housekeeping gratuity is available to ILTA members from August 19-27, subject to space availability. If you are planning to extend your stay, we recommend that you make reservations as soon as possible. A charge of $35.00 will be added for each guest over double occupancy with a maximum of four (4) guests per room. If you have any problems with the reservation system at ARIA, please call 866-359-7757 and identify the block as International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).

CANCELLATION/REFUND: Conference registration cancellations must be made in writing, postmarked no later than August 15, 2010, and mailed to address at the bottom of this form, or e-mail your cancellation notice to
  • There will be a $250 charge to process cancellations postmarked by July 15, 2010.
  • For cancellations postmarked after July 15 and prior to August 15, 2010, there is a $500 charge.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 15, 2010.

"EARLY BIRD" REGISTRATION: Registration forms postmarked no later than June 15, 2010, will be eligible for our early bird prize drawing. This year's prize is a refund of your conference registration fee!

EVENT TICKETS: Registered member attendees may purchase additional event tickets for their guests a little closer to the conference dates. Vendors/Consultants who wish to purchase event tickets must contact Peggy Wechsler.

ILTA MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS: Any private law firm, law school, corporate, government or judicial legal department is eligible for membership. 2010 membership dues must be paid in full prior to conference registration. You will be notified if your membership status is not current, and conference registration will be held until dues are paid.

NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION: Eligible non-member entities may register for the conference by paying the appropriate nonrefundable membership fee. For further information about ILTA membership, contact Grace Palma at 512.795.4669.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION AND LATE FEE: Each registrant will receive an e-mail confirmation after submitting the registration form. Registration forms postmarked after July 15, 2010, are subject to a late fee of $200 per registrant. The late fee should be included in the conference fee payment. 

CREDIT CARDS: ILTA accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Payments by credit card can be made by completing the credit card information on the registration form.
